Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Customized or personalized jackets
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your jacket for the same model and size, email us at info@ebonhide.com and send your item to .
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
